1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TinkerClaw ("tinkerclaw.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TinkerClaw provides educational content, newsletters, setup services, and digital products related to the OpenClaw AI agent ecosystem. This includes the SpinMyClaw wrapper starter kit sold as a one-time digital product purchase.

3. Digital Product Purchases

When you purchase a digital product (e.g., SpinMyClaw), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code for your own projects. You may use the code for unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code itself.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Polar.sh. All sales of digital products are final. Because you receive immediate access to source code upon purchase, refunds are not available. Please review the product description and FAQ before purchasing.

5. Delivery

After purchase, you will receive access to the private GitHub repository within 24 hours. Access is granted to the GitHub account you provide during checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

TinkerClaw and its content, branding, and original materials are owned by TinkerClaw. Purchased source code is licensed to you under the terms described in Section 3. You own the projects you build with the purchased code.

7. Setup Services

Setup services are provided on a best-effort basis. Availability is subject to calendar slots. Service scope is limited to what is described on the booking page at the time of scheduling.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all digital products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. TinkerClaw does not guarantee that the code will be error-free, that it will meet your specific requirements, or that it will work with every third-party service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinkerClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or purchased products. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
